Digital New Media & ICT Networking Event

The International Centre for Digital Content (ICDC) have collaborated with a number of partners across the region, including Liverpool Science Park, Daresbury Science & Innovation Campus, The Heath Business and Technology Park, InfoLab21, UMIC, Manchester Science Park and a number of the region’s Universities to arrange an ideal networking opportunity for companies operating in the Digital New Media and ICT sectors in the North West.
This event will give you a unique chance to hear first hand the technologies and developments available from some of the leading companies in the North West and identify potential business opportunities with companies on your doorstep.
The event will be of benefit to the following companies:
• Those based in the North West of England
• Suppliers of technology, products or expertise in Digital New Media and ICT (including Suppliers of products, technology and expertise to the Digital New Media and ICT sector)
• Users of products, technology & expertise from Digital New Media and ICT companies
The collaborating organisations have seen the value of networking activities to help support the growth of the businesses through the identification of business development opportunities, sourcing of business-critical expertise or developing collaborative routes to market.
The aim of the event is to, very efficiently, integrate our networks to create new collaborative opportunities. The main content of the event will be for those companies who are supplying products, technology and expertise to give a one minute elevator pitch to cover the following points:
• Who you are?
• What is your business?
• What you have to offer other Digital New Media and ICT companies?
• What do you need from other Digital New Media and ICT companies?
Details of those companies pitching on the day will be circulated in advance to help you identify potential companies of interest. Following the elevator pitches there will be time for informal networking to enable you to follow up with companies of interest.
